Water Curtain Cabinet

The Water Curtain Cabinet is an essential environmental friendly device for paint spraying workshops. It is specifically designed for the adsorption and filtration of paint mist and waste gas during the paint spraying process.

When paint spraying operations are carried out, the over sprayed paint mist is effectively captured by the flowing water curtain. The self priming pump circulates water to flow evenly over the water curtain plate. The paint mist from the spray gun is then washed down by the water on the curtain plate into the underlying water tank. Meanwhile, the odor and a small amount of unadsorbed paint powder are filtered through multiple layers of the water curtain and then discharged outside the paint spraying.
