Prior to air entering the booth, YANTAI WINNER uses pre-filters to capture large particles and debris, and high-efficiency intake filters to filter out any remaining dirt and dust particles. The air is filtered again before it is recirculated or exhausted from the booth.
Airflow: Proper airflow in the booth is accomplished by creating a flow of air that envelops the vehicle during booth operation. This airflow is responsible for carrying away paint overspray during the refinish process, and air movement during paint curing.
Lighting: Another key element is bright, shadow-free lighting throughout the booth. YANTAI WINNER utilizes color-corrected light fixtures, in the proper quantity and correct location. This creates an environment that allows for proper color match and paint flow identification.

A. Our factory is ISO certified. We have our own QA and QC team. They will check on site and finished products to ensure all details to meet our highest standard and the customer's requirements.
