YSL-Series Low Profile Hydraulic Cylinders provide superior durability, performance longevity, safety, and quality in a compact and convenient footprint. These low profile hydraulic jacks are the perfect choice for general lifting and production applications where space is limited or constrained. A low collapsed height, short stroke, and solid construction enables safety and stability in both vertical and horizontal orientations.

Many low-profile hydraulic cylinders rely on the weight of the load to retract the plunger. YSL cylinders are different and include a powerful return spring, which is faster, convenient, and more productive. The entire YSL cylinder range available for sale is rated for high-pressure; 10,000 psi (700 bar).

1.UN ring: Sealing both cylinder and plunger. Made of polyurethane, wear-resistant and anti-oxidation, with a long service life

2.Quick couplers: 3/8'' NPT oilport thread. Equipped with a set quick coupler and dust-proof cover to prevent dust. 

3.Preciseness maching: High strength alloy steel 45#; Pressed by imported Hitachi precision instruments, hard and heat-resistant 
4.Oxidation after rolling:Smooth inner wall undergoes 6 layers of precision grinding and polishing, with low friction and no jamming during expansion and contraction

5.Spray baked coating surface:Cylinder surface treatment improves adhesion, extended service life. Baked enamel finish for increased corrosion resistance.

6.Piston rod: 40 degree Cr plating, after quenching and high-frequency heat treatment, has high strength and hardness. The thickened Cr plating layer prevents wear and corrosion.
7.Strong spring: 55CrSi material tension spring can ensure long-term operation without deformation or fracture, with good rebound force. Enable the piston of the single acting oil cylinder to quickly retract.
