Pre-treatment

The pre-treatment equipment adopts a spray method, including 6 spray tanks. This equipment is responsible for degreasing, phosphating, and rinsing the workpieces. After processing, the workpieces will achieve the following:

The body is made of high-quality T3mm A3 steel plate with powder coating. The speed adjustment part uses a frequency converter and an integrated worm gear reducer, with adjustable speed and stroke. It is equipped with an anti-vibration upper and lower sliding shaft system for smooth operation. The gun rack is made of aluminum and is firmly fixed. Peripheral pipes and cables are stored in a tank chain, allowing the powder tube and cables to extend and retract freely without bending or tangling. The appearance is elegant and modern.

The baking booth is designed as a through-type drying tunnel. The through-type structure utilizes the principle of hot air circulation, with the gas heating system placed on both sides of the heating channel. To reduce heat loss through the door openings, protective slopes and air curtains are installed at the entrance and exit to prevent heat dissipation.

During the baking process, the workpieces generate a certain amount of exhaust air. Considering the workshop air environment, natural exhaust vents are installed at both ends of the top of the curing tunnel to reduce the concentration of exhaust air inside the tunnel.

The device is equipped with electrical and mechanical protection devices. If the conveyor chain is overloaded or a mechanical failure occurs, it will automatically stop and emit an audible and visual alarm signal, cutting off the power to prevent accidents. The motor also has overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, phase loss, and leakage protection functions.

The device operates smoothly and reliably without jamming or shaking.
