The Aerial Bundle Extractor is specially designed to remove the tube bundle from the tube sheet of heat exchangers without causing damage to the shell. It is a self-contained unit that can be easily lifted by a crane. Powered by a diesel engine, it drives the hydraulic system and can be operated via a wired or wireless remote, ensuring high accuracy and zero defects. Depending on the weight, length, and diameter of the bundle, he Aerial Tube Bundle Extractor is suitable for use on all shell and Tube Heat Exchangers to pull/insert max up to 2.5 meter diameter and bundle of 100T & 12-meter length.

The round head press switch is an emergency stop switch, which can forcibly stop the equipment from working when manual operation fails. The toggle switch is a conversion switch between wired and wireless remote control to prevent mutual interference

Application Scenarios

Maintenance for bundle extractor

 Maintenance for diesel engine

1. Regularly check the chain and lubricate the trolley.

2.  Regularly start and operate the hydraulic system.

3.  Check the lifting and connection points before and after use.

4.  Check whether the equipment leaks before and after use

5. After each use, it is necessary to maintain the bundle extractor, remove dirt from the bundle extractor, and perform descaling, lubrication, and maintenance on the trolley.

6.  It is not recommended to store the equipment outdoors, regular rust prevention maintenance should be carried out on the equipment.

1.  Ensure the oil level is within the specified range. Top up with the appropriate oil if necessary.

2.  Check the coolant level. Add the appropriate coolant if the level is low.

3.  Ensure the fuel tank has adequate fuel, and check for any leaks or damage in the fuel system.

4.  Check for any blockages or buildup of dust in the air filter. Clean or replace the air filter as needed.

5.  Replace the engine oil, oil filter, and fuel filter twice a year.

6.  Replace the air filter at least once a year.
